To be an Administrator of this program one should posses following:-

Qualification and ability:

1. Interested to spread the messages of spiritual knowledge of Bhagavad Gita in general.

2. Should be following the teachings of Gita and Srila Prabhupäda.

3. Able to organizing and leading.

4. Have sufficient time to dedicate for this mission.

5. Able to serve voluntarily to please Srila Prabhupada and lord Krishna.

6. Clear knowledge and understanding about Bhagavada Gita as it is.

7. Able to give speech on Bhagavada Gita as it is.

8. Able to communicate in English and local language by email, message and by phone.

Responsibilities:

1. Organizing: Country level admin will arrange his subordinate state level admins and state level admin will arrange their subordinate district level admins. If any of the level admin is unavailable, then their higher admin will follow the responsibilities of this area. Admin can communicate with political leader, any religious organization like if it’s possible.

2. Advertisement: by pamphlet, newspaper, mobile, radio, TV etc.

3. Create different group as representative based on different areas, levels ( like school, college, corporate, congregational namahatta )

4. Organize prizes, free package tour for top class participants in different levels.

5. Collect fund by engaging them in the devotional service and by devotional tour.

6. Provide Books, and devotional paraphernalia.

7. Any sub-ordinate is unavailable or unable to take responsibilities then should execute these responsibilities.

8. Arrange class, seminar for better facilitation.

9. Should relation and co-operation with higher admin/authorities.

10. Follow the devotional service and ideal character that everyone should influence. Admin is considering as a representative of Srila Prabhupada and lord Krishna.

11. Always take care that his group will be the top of the world.
